My story
I'm Alicia, aka Kittycia. From my first mistakes as a nail technician to online courses followed around the world, here is how it all happened.
After studying fashion design and spending four years at a major watch manufacturer in Geneva, I wanted to put my precision and creativity into a business of my own. I trained in gel and acrylic to become a nail technician.
I had chosen my training center for its beautiful website and well-known products. For three years, I kept making mistakes I couldn't understand. I doubted myself, even though I was passionate about this craft.
Two years after my training, I opened my first salon, which felt far too big at the time.
While learning a new shape at another training center, I realized that every one of my mistakes had an explanation. I had simply been poorly trained. That same year, I started training others, with one conviction: understanding is the foundation of everything.
I never stopped training myself, in every city, every country, with every brand. Today I hold more than 60 certificates, including 2 Master certifications.
I signed a contract as a trainer and distributor for Brillbird, and earned my Master certifications at the International Educator Training events. Then came trainings across France and its overseas territories, conventions, and campus events with the Brillbird France team.
The salon became too small for everyone. A bigger new space, and a team working hard by my side every day. Little Alicia, aka Kittycia, became a trainer, distributor, manager and boss.

I launched my online courses with the same standard: that you understand why a technique works, not just how to copy it. Students joined from everywhere, and I realized this was where I could share the most.
I chose to sell the salon and devote myself entirely to online training. Today, more than 23,000 nail technicians in French-speaking countries have trusted me, with more than 58,000 enrollments.
This year, I'm opening my courses to nail technicians around the world, in English. The videos are dubbed with an English voice and subtitled. I want to be transparent: this is a new beginning for me too, and I can't wait to see your work.
